OUR MISSION STATEMENT
 
“The Mission of People Reaching People, Inc. (PRP) is to transform lives and make disciples of Jesus Christ by serving the poorest of the poor in Eastern Africa through economic, educational, and evangelistic developments.”
 
These three “E’s” serve as pillars of PRP’s mission.
  
EVANGELISM: The priority of evangelism has been successful in missions throughout Kenya and Madagascar. These activities include medical and healing missions, training lay evangelists and clergy, constructing thirty new churches and beginning new congregations. By implementing the 30/10 project, we will be constructing 30 new Christian church communities within the next 10 years, recruiting 30 new clergy and evangelists over 5 years, and conducting 40 evangelistic missions.
  
EDUCATION: The ministry of PRP has developed educational initiatives focused on the people of Eastern Africa through providing student sponsorship, Christian discipleship and training clergy, evangelists and lay leaders, and addressing critical social and healthcare issues. Development plans in Madagascar include building schools and a multipurpose training center.
 
 
 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: Through our focus on economic development, we offer opportunity for training and leadership development through business and microfinance ventures, agriculture, social development projects and healthcare programs.

Glorifying God:
We believe in glorifying God through worship and living in harmony with others.

Rev. 7: 11b-12 They fell down on their faces before the throne and worshiped God saying, “Amen! Praise and glory and wisdom and thanks and honor and power and strength be to our God for ever and ever. Amen!”

Transformation in Christ through Relationships:
We believe in transforming lives through Christ by strengthening God’s people, empowering the poorest of the poor, and linking people through missions.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

Living the Great Commission:
We believe in living the Great Commission through evangelism and discipleship, reminding God’s people to be a bridge, reaching all nations with the hope of the Gospel.

Matthew 28:18-20 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you.  And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Christian Integrity:
We believe in living transparent and obedient lives, praying that our witness will reveal holy character and a vibrant, self-sustaining ministry.

Ephesians 4:1, 5:1  I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love… Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ love us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to Go

In order to fulfill our mission, we are recruiting several team members to join us in ministry in Madagascar, including searching for a Director of Evangelism, a Director of Discipleship and Director of Worship.
